Your order is processed by the moment it is received. Prices of individual items typically do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges and delivery times are calculated during checkout. Delivery times are calculated in working days. We use a third-party courier services to deliver items and specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 20 days of the estimated delivery date. All products remain the property of Kemarre Arts until full payment is received.

If damaged items may be returned to us within 7 days after delivery.

If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within those 7 days and we will organise a replacement or a refund. If you wish to return your item, for whatever reason, please include all packaging and labelling.
